Purchases

Purchases can be made online at RED.com or by contacting a Sales Representative. Once payment is received and your items become available, RED processes your order and notifies you of your shipment. Once an order has been placed no changes may be made. If you need to Cancel your order please contact us via RED.com or call +1-949-206-7900

Method of Payment - US

All orders must be paid in full at the time of order via wire transfer, cash equivalent (cashier's check or personal check drawn from a United States bank), or credit card. No more than three separate credit cards may be used per order.

Credit card payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER is provided as a convenience with valid credit card authorizations, subject to a 3% processing fee. Please contact your RED Sales Representative for information when transferring bank to bank payments or visit RED's website for bank information. All orders are payable in U.S. dollars (USD).

Affirm is available for orders over $1500 and under $17,500. This price range will present the Affirm widget. Affirm is currently only available to US-based customers paying in USD. PAYING WITH AFFIRM WILL ADD 4-5 BUISNESS DAYS TO THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATES, based on how quickly the ACH is received at RED for the loan.

Price & Payment - EU

All orders must be paid in full at the time of order via wire transfer, cash equivalent (such as cashier's cheque or personal cheque drawn from a recognized bank), or credit card. Credit card payment via VISA or MASTERCARD is provided as a convenience with valid credit card authorizations. Please contact RED for 'Remit To' information when transferring bank to bank payments.

No more than three separate credit cards may be used per order. RED reserves the right to reject any order. RED will credit or refund any payments made if RED rejects the order.

All orders are payable in Euro (EUR (€). Orders may also be payable in GBP (UK Pound Sterling) for UK customers.

Receive Items

Once payment is received, in-stock items will generally ship within 1-2 business days. Depending on availability, some items may ship same day as ordered.

Items may be subject to extended processing times based on availability. Please ensure to review Estimated Shipping Dates on RED.com if placing your order there, or if placing with a Sales Representative, ensure to discuss any anticipated delays to the processing of your order. If you have any questions, please contact a Sales Representative.

Backordered Items

We plan to ship your order complete; please expect your items to be shipped based on the latest date listed on your web receipt or order confirmation. If you order a group of items and some of your items are backordered, and you request to ship partial, you will be charged for shipping for all of the items when the first item on your order ships, regardless of the availability of any other items on your order. If multiple deliveries are required, you will only be charged one shipping and handling charge.

Product Demonstrations

RED currently has offices in North America, Europe, and Asia that are equipped to provide product demonstrations. Additionally, RED Authorized Dealers have demonstration equipment on-hand and ready to test; to find your nearest dealer, visit RED Authorized Dealer Locations.

Virtual demos are also available for customers who prefer a remote option. To request a virtual demo, contact a RED Sales Representative. A Sales Representative will follow up to confirm availability, gather any needed details, and schedule the call.

Quotes

A quote can be generated by you via your RED.com account, or by working with a Sales Representative.

Multiple quotes can be generated. Links to the original product pages on each quote allow you to view more details about each item via RED.com. Once you are ready to check out, contact a Sales Representative for your Quote to be converted into a Sales Order. Each quote is valid for 30 days from the day it was generated.

Manage a Quote

To manage your quotes, click the My Account hyperlink at the top right of RED.com and select Quotes or reach out to your Sales Representative.
